At nineteen Chaz has already been busted, twice, for prostitution, but with no other real skills for making a living, his cocksucking keeps him fed. The tall cowboy doesn't speak much but he's become a regular and Chaz finds himself having fantasies of maybe being with someone who really cares about him and someone he also cares about. Now he's laying on a stinking mattress in jail with thoughts of how to get even with the john who turned out to be a cop and set him up.
I really liked this story of love, loss and betrayal. While being caught with your pants down by the police and arrested isn't the way most romances begin, this one does. Being in love with the man who's arresting you might not be all that appealing either, but Bryl Tyne manages to bring these adverse conditions together for your not-so-run-of-the-mill erotic romances.
I have to admit to being a fan of Bryl Tyne's and I look forward to each new release and what I have seen lately has shown me that as an author, Bryl has a lot more to offer. Each work just seems to be better than the last, offers more insight, intrigue, humor and some of the hottest male on male action going. If you aren't a fan yet, pick up PULL and you will be.

Rie Reviews "Librarians Don't Get Married" by A.P. Miller
Librarians Don’t Get Married

Genre: Menage, interracial, gay/lesbian, group sex
AP Miller has penned another witty, erotic, delightful read with Librarians Don’t Get Married. The story begins with Miss Weiss and Miss Grundy, and I wasn’t sure at first what could be interesting enough about these two to continue reading, but before I even reached the second chapter, it was very clear things weren’t what they seemed at the library!
Miss Weiss is a librarian. She’s old fashioned, plain, wears glasses with a chain attached. She is dutiful, always knows where the good books are and everyone seems to like her. Miss Grundy is the town gossip. She’s hateful, spiteful and she spies on everyone so she always has the latest information to share in her gossip sessions. Thank goodness she has Miss Weiss to share with because Miss Weiss always agrees with her.
Miss Weiss might be a plain Jane everyone knows they can come to for cookies and advice, but she’s got a couple of secrets only a select few know about. Of course, Miss Grundy is in the dark; after all, she’d probably have a stroke if she knew the truth.
When Jason and Anne Marie decide to get married, Miss Weiss is the one they go to. When the town doctor needs someone to talk to, he drops in on Miss Weiss. When the library janitor is done for the day, he never fails to stop by and let Miss Weiss know. And what goes on in Miss Weiss’s office would give Miss Grundy heart failure.
So when the good doctor throws a party, everyone is surprised to see that Miss Grundy is invited. Of course, Miss Grundy knows she should leave immediately because people just shouldn’t be dancing like that. The problem is, Miss Grundy can’t seem to take her eyes off the couples on the dance floor. Perhaps this will be the party where Miss Grundy relaxes a little and lets her hair down.
Don’t miss this delightful, entertaining, funny, and hot little read. You’ll never look at your local librarian in quite the same way again!

The Book:
Little Joe and Callie grew up together. A victim of abuse, Callie found safety and security in Little Joe's arms and he wanted to take care of her for the rest of their lives. Only, Callie had a fascination, a fantasy of sorts. She wanted to become a working whore and it was her dream to fulfill her somewhat peculiar ambitions. Little Joe wasn't without his own set of issues. While he always wanted Callie beside him, he found his lust for man-love outweighed his need to become a family man. With Richard, his lover, soon in the picture, he keeps Callie watching for him with a little game of hide and seek across the Wild, Wild West.
The Review:
Set in Arizona during a time when men were men and women were there for the taking, this tale of the Wild West takes a little turn. Though Callie is a whore, she’s in love with Little Joe, who has a relationship with Richard who has a relationship with Callie who has a relationship with Little Joe who has a relationship with whoever he wants to…
But this time, Little Joe has wound up getting shot over his relationship with three cowboys looking to strike it rich mining for gold and silver. Little Joe finds the whorehouse where Callie is working, and though he hasn’t seen Richard in a couple of years, Richard walks in the same saloon and the three of them wind up on the trail out of town while Little Joe’s wounds heal.
Eventually, Callie gets Little Joe to tell her what events got him shot and they wind up naked, when in walks Richard and from there things get a little more interesting.
If you like cowboys, the dusty trail, the old west and ménage, you’re gonna like reading this one.

Ménage and more!
The Book:
Sydney has a problem with Bitch. The horse her father treasures more than gold is running loose and a blizzard is headed for Southwest Virginia. After spending the entire morning chasing the darn animal, she discovers she's probably not going to earn Cowgirl of the Year for her efforts.
So what's a damsel in designer jeans to do? Call in reinforcements and fortunately, she knows where to find them.
The Donovan men are known for their good looks, alpha-male ways, and their skills behind stacks of hay bales. It's their skills that often keep Sydney up late at night, only she's just dreamed about them. She's never had the opportunity to act on them because her father's career often kept her on the move. A blizzard strikes out and the Donovan brothers want to take the first step and make Sydney their own.
Only first they'll have to reveal a torrid past and answer some tough questions about their family and Sydney's father. Soon, they discover their innocent little Sydney harbors several secrets of her own and from out of nowhere a stranger rides in the storm with a surprise for the Donovan brothers.
The Review:
What can I say other than Whew? This is the first book by Natalie Acres that I’ve read, but it won’t be the last. Ms. Acres pens a hot little ménage that definitely shows her Texas background, but there are a few things in this that I don’t think the Lone Star State puts in their visitor guides!
Sydney Kane is the daughter of Sam Kane, a man with a high profile job that keeps putting Sydney in danger, so her father keeps an array of body guards around to whisk her away and keep her safe when things get too hot. What her father doesn’t know is just how hot things have become between Sydney and one of the guards who introduce Sydney to a world of bondage and D/s sex play.
When things aren’t so dangerous, Sydney gets to go back home to the ranch where she’s having a problem with a horse called Bitch. Nearby is the home of five brothers who were Sydney’s childhood school chums, but now everyone is all grown up and when Sydney asks a couple of the brothers to help her with Bitch, they have a little more than just horsing around on their minds. As Sydney and the brothers give in to desire, someone from Syd’s past is paying close attention.
If you like cowboys, horses, men and sex that pushes the envelope, you’re in for a helluva ride with Cowboy Boots & Untamed Hearts!

About the book:
Peace among the clans has been nonexistent for the past centuries. But now that clan Lairds have decided to summon the God-touched people from their magical Isle to perform the rituals of Beltane to bless the peace talks between the clans, peace is within reach.
Melanie is honored to be chosen as one of six maidens to represent the Goddess at this important event. She is meant to be a vessel for the power of the Goddess while forgetting the failures of humanity during the festival. She knows should be concentrating on her part as a Maiden of the Hunt, yet she cannot banish the handsome Scot from her mind. Running in the Hunt is as sacred as the Goddess herself, and should her desires be known, there could be dire consequences for her and the clansman. However, she can’t find the will to deny his pull.
The mists of the Black Mountains enhance the excitement of their forbidden love while providing an escape from the Islanders encampment. Can they give in to their desires at the expense of their destinies?
The Review:
When Adam and Melanie meet there is an instant connection, but Melanie isn’t supposed to have contact with any of the people gathered for the Beltane Festival. She and the other maidens are only supposed to perform their service to the goddess and the land, but Adam has other ideas. Adam wants Melanie and is determined to have what he wants, but when they are discovered, both of them are severely punished and separated. The sorcerer is the one to blame because he has plans of his own—it’s always something!
I love the way Heather Long tells this story and I love the characters she’s created. What really got me was the ending and I have to say this one got a big, “Awwwww, I’m so happy it turned out this way!” from me!
You won’t want to miss Remembering Ashby. It’s a story that will stay with you long after you’ve finished reading it.

Rie Reviews "Plain Brown Wrapper: Teaching The Male" by Cynnara Tregarth
Release Date: 05-01-2009
Author: Cynnara Tregarth
Author Website: www.cynnara.com
Publisher: Aspen Mountain Press
BuyLink:http://www.aspenmountainpress.com/more-hot-reads/teaching-the-male/prod_253.html
Genre: Contemporary, BDSM, erotic romance
The Book:
This is one of those quickie reads, only 15 pages long, and all 15 pages is sex. Carenna and Garrett are lovers, but as much as Carenna loves having sex with Garrett, he’s lacking just a bit, so she writes him a letter and after he reads it, she proceeds to show him all the things he can do to please her.
The Review:
While I found the over use of the word “Gods” a little distracting, over all, I liked the story. I think too many women just take what they can get from their man without really being aroused and pleased as much as they could be. And I think way too many men think they know how to please a woman and all they’re really doing is pleasing themselves. This might be a good read for couples since it is so short and stimulating!
